About Us
At Coralus, we are here to transform ourselves and systems by working on the World’s To-Do List. Our collective project is to get resources to women and non-binary folks with innovations that address critical global priorities. To date, we have funded 100+ brilliant innovators; 45% of whom are Black, Indigenous, and women of colour. With a 95% payback rate on loans, Coralus is modelling a whole new way of organizing resources to build inclusive economies and communities.
Name Change to Coralus, formerly SheEO
At this moment in our evolution, we integrate our old name, SheEO, into our history. It’s part of how we got here, and its power allows us to regenerate into Coralus.
We’ve never been ones to shy away from change. In fact, we make change happen. Our global community of women and non-binary people are working alongside each other, making real progress on the World’s To-do List. New insights and challenges are here. So we evolve, as we always do. It’s in our nature.

At Coralus we are here to transform ourselves and systems by collectively working on the World’s To Do List. Over the past 6 years our community has grown (to 5 countries) and evolved to include women + non-binary folks committed to decolonizing ourselves, getting into relationship with one another, and using our individual and collective power to build more equitable systems. We have funded 100+ brilliant innovators and we are creating ecosystems wherever we operate to ensure those who have been put to the margins are supported to co-create a world that works for all.
Activators are women of all ages + stages + backgrounds who activate themselves as change agents to transform systems. Gifting their capital, buying power, connections + expertise.

Vicki Saunders is an entrepreneur, award-winning mentor, advisor to the next generation of change-makers and leading advocate for entrepreneurship as a way of creating positive transformation in the world.
Vicki is Founder of #radical generosity and Coralus (formerly SheEO), a global community of radically generous women supporting women-led Ventures working on the World’s To-Do List.
Vicki has co-founded and run ventures in Europe, Toronto and Silicon Valley and taken a company public on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Vicki has received numerous awards for her work at Coralus including; UBS Global Visionary in 2020, YWCA Women of Distinction Award in 2020, Business Leader of the Year 2019 by the Toronto Regional Board of Trade, 2018 Startup Canada Entrepreneurship Promotion Award and was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in 2001.
