- Snuneymuxw First Nation artist Joel Good, who has collaborated with Ay Lelum – The Good House of Design, received the Excellence in Culture award at this year’s Culture and Heritage Awards in the City of Nanaimo.
- Aisle’s Super Pad, which can hold 14 tampons worth of menstrual blood, was featured in a list by Livestrong on “7 Best Reusable Pads for a More Comfortable and Eco-Friendly Period”.
- Rainstick was featured in a list by Fast Company as one of “4 genius products to help you adapt to climate change”. The article discusses Rainstick’s technology, which captures the water, cleans it, and reuses it up to six times while you’re showering.
- Skipper Otto published a recipe for spaghetti with mussels in tomato and vodka sauce, “a fun way to enjoy pasta and mussels, that comes together quickly.”
- The Tare Shop founder Kate Pepler shared a blog post on ways she plans on reducing waste (and saving money) postpartum.
- Magnusmode and Autism Ontario have partnered with Toronto Pearson Airport to introduce new tools for autism and other diverse needs to enable a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

- Hello Period released a blog post on how to talk to pre-teens and teens about periods, and discussed ways to remove the stigmas that still exist around periods.
