At SheEO we are here to transform ourselves and systems by working on the World’s To-Do List. Our collective project is to get resources to women and non-binary folk with innovations that address critical global priorities. To date, we have funded 100+ brilliant innovators; 45% of whom are Black, Indigenous, and women of colour. With a 95% payback rate on loans, SheEO is modelling a whole new way of organizing resources to build inclusive economies and communities.

Launched in 2015 in Canada and now also in the US, Australia, New Zealand and UK, this visionary model is emerging as a leading global innovation that is totally unique. Rather than trying to fit women into the existing models and systems and level the playing field, we are creating an entirely new field.
SheEO pushes the reset button on how to support women on their own terms. We focus on bringing out the best of women by being radically generous to one another.
The model brings together women from all different backgrounds + ages, called Activators who contribute to a Perpetual Fund that is loaned out at zero percent interest to women-led Ventures who are working on the World’s To-Do List, who are selected by the Activators.
All Ventures are revenue generating with export potential + are creating a better world through their business model. The loans are paid back over five years and then loaned out again, creating a Perpetual Fund which we will pass on to our daughters, nieces and granddaughters.
The SheEO network is radically generous, there are thousands of women who share their expertise, networks + connections.
Women working on the World’s To-Do List are creating the socially + environmentally sustainable models of the future.
